Isaac Flores - QuintanaIsaac Flores along with his older sister, Sara, were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Carmen Bermudez - Quintana, on February 18th 1995 from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The three of them have not been seen since.
Carmen is described as a Hispanic Female, strawberry blonde hair, Brown eyes. She stood at 5'10" and weighing 150 pounds. She was 34 years old in 1995.
